Key Responsibilities:
Handling various legal matters, including general litigation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
Family Law- Providing legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, maintenance, and property settlements.
Personal injury claims – Handling Road Accident Fund, Medical Malpractice, PRASA and Unlawful arrest matters claims, from beginning to end.
Commercial and Contract Law- Advising our business clients and providing guidance on contracts, mergers.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlement proposals.
Advising clients on debt recovery procedures and managing the legal aspects of debt collection, including drafting, and issuing letters of demand, filing legal actions, and representing clients in court.
Conducting legal research to support cases and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintaining and managing client files, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical and lawful standards.
