Contracts and agreements: drafting, vetting, and negotiations

Office administration: fee account management, court diary management, and marketing

Court administrative tasks: Masters office enquiries, indexing and pagination, and brief compilation

Select achievements and experience: Procurement: Drafted various service-level agreements and joint-venture agreements that were submitted to the Department of Education, which enabled the successful tender award to our client; and providing legal advice and resolution emanating from procurement disputes

Recoveries: Order granted with costs in breach of contract action between logistic companies

Drafted legal opinion to determine viability of entering into an agreement with prominent food supplier

Litigation: Order granted with costs in High Court application against Department of Home Affairs RSA

Instructing attorney in on-going Commercial Crimes trial for money laundering, theft, and fraud charges

Drafted contracts of employment for primary and secondary educational institutions

Drafted constitution and code of conduct for primary and secondary educational and religious institutions

Represented a prominent Department of Social Development entity. Liaised with various media houses, resulting in a successful outcome for our client in a Department of Social Development investigation

Instructing attorney and assisting attorney in various successful contentious divorce proceedings
