Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on contract law, labour law, and compliance.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and legal documents.

Lead disciplinary procedures, ensuring labour law and HR compliance.

Represent the company in labour dispute resolution at MEIBC.

Manage HR functions - recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training & development.

Manage industrial relations, ensuring labour law compliance and fostering positive employee relations through effective communication and dispute resolution.

Develop and enforce policies, disciplinary codes, and regulatory frameworks.

Lead union negotiations, addressing workplace issues effectively.

Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations as Health & Safety Officer.

Conduct monthly safety meetings and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Oversee stock management, materials allocation, and facility operations (MAH).

Manage cutting and bending facility production, ensuring quality control and efficiency.

Supervise end-to-end production within the Quality Management System (QMS)
