Key Responsibilities:
Drafting agreements in accordance with applicable laws and reviewing of company policies, agreements and documentation.
Drafting of agreements and correspondences, which includes, but not limited to preparing of correspondences for internal and external distribution and reviewing of letters prepared for legal purposes.
Drafting of terms and conditions relating to official company documentation, including bank documents such as bank products, event documentation and application forms.
Perusal and studying of legislation, case law and other legal resources and advises on the effect thereof on the Group.
