I have 7-8 years’ experience in the legal industry with passions in commercial law, employment law, Labour law, alternate dispute resolution and intellectual property law. My wide client base together with my previous studies in architecture has exposed me to many different industries which empowers me to find both creative and practical customized solutions for each client. My studies and work experience have extensively developed my communication abilities, client management etiquettes, organizational skills and heavy workload management. I have had the privilege to supervise and mentor a litigation department cultivating my management skills and strengthening my leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
I currently practice as an attorney and work in the litigation and commercial departments.
Whilst my role sees me practicing in dispute resolution in various fields of law particularly: contract law, company law, Labour law, employment law, family law, intellectual property law, estate administration, criminal law, domestic violence, debt collection, private international law, property law and various other general litigation matters (high court and magistrate’s court) with brief exposure to insolvency law.
I am proficient in commercial law (shareholding and trust compliance), POPI, PAIA, intellectual property, contract vetting and negotiations, various labour contracts, rental agreements.
I also continue to provide clients with diverse and specialised legal advice on a continuous basis, acting similar to that of “inhouse counsel”.
I am further tasked with managing and training legal administrative staff (candidate attorneys and/or paralegals) whilst offering continuous advice, guidance and mentorship on duties and best practices to the staff in the firm in general.
