I am an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South, I was admitted on 30 June 2011 and therefore have 13 years of experience in the legal fraternity. I have my Firm and wish to state that I specialize in areas of Law, to wit: - Criminal Defense in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa, Regional and District Magistrate’s Court. - Matters include but are not limited to, the institution of both Application and Action Procedures in the High Court, Regional Courts and District Magistrate’s Courts, - I currently hold two university qualifications, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Arts (Humanities). Detail-oriented, leveraging research and close collaboration with clients about litigation, strategic planning, and articulating legal subtleties, and complexities. Ability to manage and delegate tasks to ensure clarity and efficiency in all work areas. Successfully argue contested motions, conduct pre-trial conferences, assist as second chair at trials, attend depositions, conduct and win arbitration hearings, and manage all phases of litigation.
Dealt with all types of criminal matters including but not limited to: Driving under the influence, murder, attempted murder, rape, Sexual molestation of a minor, Common assault, Assault with intent to do grievous bodily – harm, Culpable homicide, fraud, domestic violence, Intimidation and the like;
