Advising clients in various sectors on compliance with Company Law and relevant or linking tax legislation
Corporate re-organisations, including planning, drafting and implementation
Drafting/reviewing/negotiating agreements on various corporate/commercial transactions or relationships
Legal research on various matters pertaining to Corporate- and Commercial Law, as well as the interaction with Tax Law
Provide opinions and advice (in writing and in consultation) on various matters pertaining to Corporate- and Commercial Law
Advise on interaction between Company and Tax legislation, or tax consequences of commercial transactions
