Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and analysis of legal contracts, legal opinions, pleadings, notices, meeting minutes, articles and letters;
Conducting legal research and analysis
Attending to High court civil proceedings, including attending to pre-trial conferences and settlement negotiations
Involvement in general and Commercial litigation in Customs and Excise, Taxation, divorce, contract, medical negligence, personal injury, Wills and Estates.
Performing administrative duties including, but not limited to, managing files, organising documents, assisting counsel generally, compiling briefs and giving instructions to Counsel in respect of various matters, liaising with clients and third parties, Court Online and Caselines filing and maintaining database
