I graduated from the University of KwaZulu- Natal in 2014, with a LLB Degree. I have been an admitted as an Attorney since 2015. I have recently completed the Compliance Management short course, through the University of Cape Town. My interest in the legal profession began in school as my passion for research, writing and analysis developed. Law has been my passion since youth and continues to be. I am a good listener, follow instructions carefully, a great researcher, have a unique approach to the task at hand, good communicator and professional at all times. My work experience has given me the tools to be an efficient part of the work force. I have enhanced my skills in communication, networking, and working with a team, as well as working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance - Analysis of all compliance requirements for various online gambling jurisdictions
Maintain up to date records of all relevant laws and regulations
Initiating research of relevant laws in potential new jurisdictions
Communicating updates of laws to all stakeholder within the company [Development of the Regulatory Alerts system and internal newsletters]
Training for staff on all regulatory updates.
Certification Preparation - Legalising of documents
Advise senior management on the recommended approach to testing and certification processes in operational markets in enhancement of efficiency and effectiveness of testing methodologies
Develop in-depth knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for certification of technical gambling systems
Conduct regular checks on regulated market updates, ensuring that changes are incorporated into eCOGRA methodology and audit processes
Company Compliance - UK- GDPR Compliance: Drafting of BCR Agreements, referential table and application forms
All South African legal requirements affecting the company – Employment Equity, Labour Relations and Occupational Health & Safety
