Key Responsibilities:

Drafting of contracts for sub leasing, buying and selling agreements and all other relevant commercial matters

Dealing with Breach’s in franchisee agreements

Preparing franchise agreements

Dealing with and reviewing franchise agreements

Dealing with trademark issues and ensuring preventive measure are implemented

Preparing disclosure documents, sureties, loan agreements and acknowledgment of debt documents

Assist in the preparation of all commercial claims and successful settling of all disputes

Manage the organization of all corporate documents, spreadsheets, general store files, as well as the deal files and management list

Examining and advising on business mergers

Advising clients on legal consequences and litigation process

Writing and editing commercial reports regarding the business

Offering help and legal support to clients when dealing with business transactions

Liaising with management on ad hoc legal queries

Preparing legal opinions.
