Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Communication Support: I acted as the first point of contact for client inquiries, professionally handling calls, scheduling consultations, and updating the CRM records and case management systems.

I maintained effective communication with clients, court officials, and third-party service providers to support legal operations and business development.

Legal Support: I assisted the senior paralegals with U.S. immigration case preparation, including drafting, data entry, and organising case files for submission to USCIS.

I maintained accurate, up-to-date electronic and physical files to support efficient case processing.

Administrative & Operational Support: I provided executive assistance with scheduling, email management, and meeting coordination. I maintained accurate records, managed databases, and facilitated communication with external stakeholders. I also assisted with invoicing and debt collection as needed.

Communication & Enquiry Screening: I maintained professional and effective communication with clients, senior counsel, and court officials through various communication channels.

I received new enquiries, screened the scope of assistance needed and followed the appointment setting procedures prescribed for the relevant legal practitioner.

Documentation Preparation/Drafting & Contract Management: I assisted with drafting/proofreading of formal correspondences, notices, applications, and pleadings.

I further assisted with the drafting of memorandums of agreement within client matters and also prepared and stored all mandate agreements.

Electronic Filing & Case Management: I managed and organised the client files on a cloud-based filing system, which ensured an efficient systematic case management system for the legal practitioners to use. I further maintained a curated legal library and database, which provided legal.
