Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Communication Support: I acted as the first point of contact for client inquiries, professionally handling calls, scheduling consultations, and updating the CRM records and case management systems.
I maintained effective communication with clients, court officials, and third-party service providers to support legal operations and business development.
Legal Support: I assisted the senior paralegals with U.S. immigration case preparation, including drafting, data entry, and organising case files for submission to USCIS.

Administrative & Operational Support: I provided executive assistance with scheduling, email management, and meeting coordination. I maintained accurate records, managed databases, and facilitated communication with external stakeholders. I also assisted with invoicing and debt collection as needed.
