Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining appropriate filing systems

Overseeing firm software operations
Administrating firm software for efficiency and automation of communication with clients and other correspondence that applies to legal processes (Lawmatics).
Administration of other firm software including but not limited to the firm phone system (Ring Central) and firm administration system (Clio).
Other general administration activities like scheduling meetings, attending meetings and maintaining a clear line of communication with clients, insurance companies and attorneys.
