Key Responsibilities:

Provide advisory concerning legal compliance to companies in highly regulated industries (pharmaceutical, fintech, technology, entertainment).
Provide strategic legal advisory to the legal department of a global pharmaceutical, particularly with commercial agreements and management of its intellectual property portfolio.
