Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Insurance Companies to get information about any existing claim associated with policy numbers and date of loss, draft LOR and LOP, and request declaration pages.
Submit FOIA requests to the local agencies involved in the accidents, make follow-up on the requests, and process the materials into the case management system.
Coordinate investigation with the private investigator Submit public records requests and make follow-up on the requests.
