Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and issuing Letters Before Action/Claims in line with Sections 151/152 RTA, targeting recovery from liable third parties.
Conducting in-depth reviews of accident circumstances to confirm jurisdiction in England & Wales.
Engaging directly with the policyholders and named drivers of our insurer client to gather vital case information and explore options for recovering uninsured losses.
Managing pre-litigation of public liability claims involving third party negligence.
Collaborating with personal injury and credit hire solicitors to ensure our outlays are included in broader claims which have been litigated to protect our client interests.
Securing insurer client policyholder consent for litigation in cases involving disputed liability, quantum issues, or nonresponsive parties to our letters of claim.
Offer legal advice to clients on liability split offers, outlining the pros and cons of acceptance or rejection.
Evaluating settlement offers and conducting cost-benefit analyses to determine the most viable path forward.
Providing detailed recommendations to Litigation Executives, balancing recovery potential with legal expenditure for litigation purposes.
