I am currently a Master’s candidate at the University of Pretoria, studying Mercantile Law with a specialization in Tax Law, Banking Law and Information Technology and Communications Law. I currently hold an academic average of 86% and I have completed my tax module with distinction. ICT law has given a good appreciation and understanding of data privacy law through the studying of Acts such as ECTA,POPI, RICA and PAIA.
