Key Responsibilities:
General legal practice providing advice and drafting opinions to a variety of clients.
Workplace investigations into misconduct including fraud, misappropriation of funds and conflicts of interest.
Drafting and interpreting contracts of employment and workplace policies; chairing and prosecuting disciplinary hearings and drafting outcomes and sanctions; advice regarding poor work performance and incapacity hearings in respect of ill health and disability.
Mediating conflict in the workplace including narrowing points of disputes and developing action plans to reduce conflict.
Dealing with grievances lodged by employees.
