Key Responsibilities:
Responding promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails and online inquiries from prospective clients.
Entering and managing data in the firm's management system.
Evaluating leads based on the firm's intake criteria and following up with unconverted leads and maintaining warm client relationships.
Coordinating and managing the Managing Attorney’s calendar, scheduling consultations and strategy sessions with new clients and ensuring smooth handoff of client matters.
Supporting the pre-litigation phase of personal injury matters by maintaining client communication, providing status updates and ensuring client documents are saved.
Assisting with invoicing, website management, social media and document control.
Handling sensitive and time-critical matters with discretion, initiative, and professionalism
