About the Candidate.
I am from East London in the Eastern Cape. I hold two degrees from the University of South Africa: a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law. After obtaining my LLB. I started articles in August 2023. I was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in May 2025. I am currently a practicing Attorney. I have a strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and have completed a five-day mediation course with the ADR Network. I am a self-driven and ambitious individual, always eager to embrace new challenges and learn. I am dedicated to any task I undertake and excel both independently and as part of a team. My caring and empathetic nature extends beyond work; I enjoy supporting less fortunate children in East London by providing party packs and meals. Tech-savvy, I am proficient with CANVA and other design software, and I am computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities: General Magistrates Court litigation and assisting Mr Mqingwana ( Partner) with drafting and drafting of bills.
Debt Collection: Phone calls to debtors, Drafted Letters of Demand, Summons, and other pleadings related to debt collection.
Court, Sheriff and Docex Administration: Managed general administrative tasks.
Serving of legal documents.
Attendance to all debt review applications and Section 65 applications and appearances.
Handling various matters such as Evictions, Rental disputes, Estate disputes.
