Key Responsibilities:
Attend to draft High Court and Magistrates Court Pleadings (including Actions, Applications and Urgent Applicants), Wills and Codicils, Contracts (residential and commercial lease agreements, employment contracts, sale of business as a going concern, etc.) and Legal Opinions.
Attend all Court Appearances, including but not limited to Divorces, Maintenance Disputes, Domestic Violence Disputes, Contractual disputes, Criminal Matters, Opposed and Unopposed Applications, Financial Enquiries, Summary Judgement Applications and Default Judgement Applications.
Attend to draft Notarial Authentication Certificates, Apostilles and Antenuptial Contracts.
Provide Labor law advice; Draft and Facilitate the Implementation of Disciplinary Policies.
Facilitate and conduct Negotiations and Mediations.
Risk Management and Mitigation
Dispute Resolution and Litigation
