Key Responsibilities:
I serve as a junior attorney at the firm dealing with personal injury, third party claims, commercial, property and labour law matters.
Further, I am responsible for liaising with clients, various medical practitioners, perusing court documents reviewing commercial contracts, attending to court documents and drafting of pleadings.
Additionally, I am responsible for preparing for disciplinary hearings, filing pleadings in court.
