Attorney duties in the Commercial litigation department.
Attending Regional Court Applications.
Conducting research on Companies Act and advising clients on shareholder disputes.
Legal research on a broad range of commercial law aspects.
Drafting letters on opposed property law disputes including declaring an immovable property executable.
Reviewing memorandum of incorporation with regards to compliance of MOI with the Companies Act.
Drafting combined summonses and particulars of claim for general litigation matters.
Drafting letters for estate dispute and protecting the family interest.
Drafting Eviction Applications, including Notice to Vacate and Notices in terms of the PIE Act.
Consulting with clients on Intellectual Property law, including trade mark applications and copyright, together with Commercial law matters.
Attending to consultations with clients on various aspects of property law and protecting property ownership.
Reviewing client claims relating to possible copyright infringement and trade mark infringements.
