Key Responsibilities:
Recollection of signatures, documents and fingerprints to request FOIAS.
Filing and organization of client’s documents on Clio.
Drafting, submitting, requesting, tracking, and analyzing FOIAS from USCIS, OBIM, FBI and ICE to determine curse of action in U – VISA, T-VISA and VAWA cases.
Helping clients with filing forms.
Assistance and support to vulnerable populations in the United States.
