Key Responsibilities:

Review, edit, and refine T Nonimmigrant Visa (T Visa) declarations and Case Validation Letters (CVLs) for consistency, credibility, and legal sufficiency under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and USCIS standards.

Identify factual inconsistencies, timeline gaps, and legal issues within client declarations and supporting documents.

Ensure narratives clearly demonstrate elements of force, fraud, and coercion, as well as physical presence and hardship requirements.

Draft and revise sections related to trafficker conduct, victim impact, cooperation with law enforcement, and hardship upon removal.

Apply trauma-informed writing principles to preserve client voice while strengthening clarity and legal relevance.

Lead preparation of immigration filings, including VAWA, T-Visa, K-1 Visa, REG AOS (Adjustment of Status), Employment Authorization (I-765), FOIA, and supporting forms (I-485, I-131, I-192, I-130, etc).

Prepare and review complete RFE (Request for Evidence) responses for USCIS, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all components, including the client’s CVL, affidavit, and supporting evidence.

Conduct detailed case reviews with clients to clarify information, identify missing documentation, and ensure full compliance before submission.

Draft and edit personal declarations, ensuring narrative coherence, legal relevance, and emotional tone alignment.
Translate official documents from Spanish to English for USCIS submission.

Assemble complete legal packets, including digital tab separation, exhibits, and final formatting for filing.

Review and verify critical personal data across applications (names, A-Numbers, DOBs, addresses, passports).

Analyze complex case narratives and draft explanatory legal letters for USCIS officers.

Maintain compliance with USCIS guidelines and formatting standards.

Collaborate with remote legal teams to meet weekly performance goals and quality control.
