Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming emails, calls and inquiries from clients based on Service Level Agreements.

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to gather information and assess applicable laws and regulations for the immigration issue at hand.

Effectively managing multiple client accounts, files and performing legal administrative tasks with attention to detail and excellent organizational and case management skills.

Schedule consultations with senior consultants and attorneys when needed.

Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by hosting client calls and preparing detailed case reports using MS excel, fostering effective collaboration and communication.

Collaborating with attorneys and other consultants to develop immigration strategies for clients.

Assisting in audits and ensuring compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and internal firm policies by checking customer identity and information.

Ensure and verify compliance with rules and regulations in European countries for right to work and stay.

Providing legal support and conducting research on emerging immigration issues and trends, contributing to the development of new services that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.

Assisted clients by developing clearer communication protocols to enhance client service, resulting in improved client satisfaction.

Monitoring the status of client applications using case management software and communicating updates promptly while maintaining confidentiality.
