Key Responsibilities:
I coordinated with the Firm's Team Leaders to improve internal processes related to Visa T, VAWA, Visa U (especially in relation to the drafting and editing of VAWA, T Visa, and U Visa declarations), and how to give and receive feedback.
I conducted specialized research on updates to humanitarian visa laws and regulations, internal and external compliance, and various topics that, depending on the context, could support the continuous improvement of Compliance Attorneys, Writing and Analysis Experts, Compliance Officers, Case Categorization Officers, Psychologists, etc.
I collaborated in the development of process manuals for different areas and departments of the Firm, such as the Compliance Officers Manual and the Writing and Analysis Experts Manual.
