Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive secretarial support to five Solicitors.
Providing accurate documentation and correspondence in timeframes agreed with the Solicitors, using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Comparite, Deltaview, Phoenix (time-input system), Clifford Chance Intranet;
Organisational and administrative skills
Regularly liaise and communicate with Solicitors to ascertain key priorities and deadlines
Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
Managing the Solicitors’ mail, email, faxes and diaries; managing mail, voicemail, email and faxes when Solicitors are absent from the office
Dispatch of correspondence to clients
Organising internal and external meetings with clients, telephone conferences and video conferences
Liaising with clients on a regular basis
Arranging extensive travel bookings, hotel reservations and forex; managing Solicitors’ travel expenses
Providing a high quality filing system; maintaining and updating accurate lists of current documents for each deal/transaction.
