About the Candidate.
Theo worked as engineer in industry in years prior to qualifying as Patent Attorney and thus understands industry related problems and solutions easier than most. Theo is a qualified chemical engineer and attorney of the High Court of South Africa with two degrees (B. Eng) and (LLB). He was registered as a
patent attorney in 2010 and specializes in chemical, metallurgical and process related patent drafting and
prosecution, but also has dealt with many inventions and registered designs in the mechanical and related fields over the years.
