Assess claims and administer claims files while discharging company policy obligations in accordance with service levels.
Liaise with attorneys and branches to ensure effective assessments of Confirmation of Cover, repudiations and payment requests.
Provide regular feedback to both the attorneys and our members.
Diarising of files, drafting correspondence, processing of attorneys bills.
Taxing of all Civil, Labour and High Court bills.
