Attending to consultations and providing effective and sound legal advice.
Drafting and reviewing various legal documentation, from contracts to pleadings.

Navigating negotiations of contractual terms.
Drafting of Offer to Purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, transfer documents, mortgage bonds, etc.
Ensuring that documents are signed by all relevant parties and exchanged on schedule.
Attending to Municipal- and Levy Clearance applications.
Liaising with lenders, bond cancellation- and bond registration attorneys, our appearer at the Deeds Office and other relevant parties.
