Key Responsibilities:
Administer defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes in line with UK regulations and scheme rules
Process member transactions including retirements, transfers, death benefits, leavers, and benefit statements with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Liaise professionally with members, trustees, and third-party providers to resolve queries and provide updates
Maintain accurate pension administration systems and audit trails
Assist with trustee reports, scheme returns, and compliance documentation
Interpret trust deeds, scheme rules, and HMRC regulations
Calculate annual accounts for submission to HMRC
