Key Responsibilities:

Estate Planning and Drafting - Drafted and assisted in the preparation of a wide range of estate planning documents, including revocable living trusts, special needs trusts, wills, HIPAA authorizations, engagement letters, and durable and standby powers of attorney.

Supported the end-to-end estate planning process, from initial client onboarding through to execution and notarisation of documents.

Assisted in coordinating consultations and documentation for third party special needs trusts, including collaboration with external organisations such as The Arc of Northern Virginia.

Actively supported the supervising attorney in drafting and reviewing complex estate planning instruments, demonstrating discretion, attention to detail, and sound legal judgment.
